Week 1 Menu
- 1. Korean BBQ chicken ribs, rice and bbq eggplant and bokchoy
- 2. Fire cracker salmon steaks, rice and grilled asparagus
- 3. Chicken slouvaki pitas and salad
- 4. Oven roasted falafel
- 5. Beet curry, bean curry, dalh curry, rice
- 6. Vegetable stir fry, rice
- 7. Mussel mariana pasta
You can buy the ready made Korean BBQ sauce at the store! As for the eggplant and bokchoy:
Slice eggplant into 1/2 inch pieces, and brush olive oil with garlic powder
Slice bokchoy in 1/2 and brush olive oil with garlic powder
Bbq them to your desired consistency!
