Week 1 Menu


  • 1.      Korean BBQ chicken ribs, rice and bbq eggplant and bokchoy
  • 2.      Fire cracker salmon steaks, rice and grilled asparagus
  • 3.      Chicken slouvaki pitas and salad
  • 4.      Oven roasted falafel
  • 5.      Beet curry, bean curry, dalh curry, rice
  • 6.      Vegetable stir fry, rice
  • 7.      Mussel mariana pasta

You can buy the ready made Korean BBQ sauce at the store! As for the eggplant and bokchoy:

Slice eggplant into 1/2 inch pieces, and brush olive oil with garlic powder
Slice bokchoy in 1/2 and  brush olive oil with garlic powder
Bbq them to your desired consistency!
